Collective hosting

I spent three hours yesterday migrating Debian machines to rebuild my Ghost blog, Baserow instance and Minetest server. I spend a lot of time worrying whether I should self host at all? And if so, whether to use Dokku, Dokploy, Coolify, Portainer? How could a Data Collective help us to prioritize and run community infrastructure together?
