A Data Collective with a focus on performance measurement, established to collectively manage data of, and derive added value from, evidence of personal and shared engagement - from git logs and timesheets to quantified self tracking and wearables.
Acknowledging complexity and interconnectedness throughout the design thinking and doing process. We use the open source Excalidraw tool to map the landscape.
